Beginners Softball Pitching Sessions – Learn the Fundamentals

Looking to develop your softball pitching skills? Our Beginner Softball Pitching Sessions are designed to help young athletes build confidence, refine mechanics, and learn the fundamentals of pitching in a structured and supportive environment.

These small-group classes (max 4 players per session) provide hands-on coaching to ensure each athlete gets the attention they need to improve their technique. Whether you’re just starting out or in your first few years of pitching, this is the perfect way to develop consistency and control on the mound!

Softball runs deep in Mo’s family, shaping a lifelong passions that started at just six years old in New Zealand. Rising through the age groups, Mo played representative softball for Auckland and Marlborough, along with premier competition for Auckland Marist. After moving to Australia, Mo continued competing at high levels with Softball Campbelltown, Southern Districts, and Georges River.

Originally a Shortstop and Catcher, Mo transitioned into pitching and hasn’t looked back. With over 25 years of playing and coaching experience, Mo brings a well-rounded skill set to coaching. Having mentored teams from U13 to O35 across New Zealand and Australia, including roles with Auckland, Counties Manukau, Southern Districts, and Georges River, Mo is passionate about player development at all levels.

Currently coaching in the Southern Districts Men’s Competition, Mo specializes in beginner pitching, hitting, catching, and all-around softball skills, helping athletes refine their game and reach their potential.
